I hand make these elegant satin lolly pop flowers so they can be customized to any color you wish. Satin flower has a layer of white Russian Birdcage veil tulle in the middle and a bit showing on the top right corner which gives the flower contrast and interest. This is a very comfortable and light garter sitting close to the leg in this chiffon garter.

Comes with a white chiffon toss garter with a little flower in the middle to match the main garter
